From the moment we walked in, everyone at Gramercy Kids Smiles made us feel welcome. The whole team was warm, upbeat, and very patient, which meant a lot since it was my nephew’s first visit. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working with kids, and that really helps take the stress out of the appointment. The hygienist did a great job explaining everything in a way my nephew could understand. They kept him engaged, used simple examples, and turned what could have been a nerve-wracking visit into something he actually enjoyed. Dr. Fatina was wonderful. She has such a calm, reassuring manner and never made us feel rushed. I had a lot of questions about my nephew’s teeth and what might come next, and she answered every one clearly and thoroughly. It’s not easy to find a practice that feels this professional and caring. We left feeling informed and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. I’d definitely recommend Gramercy Kids Smiles to any parent looking for great pediatric dental care.

the staff made my incredibly nervous child feel completely at ease. They explained every tool step-by-step and were so patient and gentle during the cleaning. My daughter was extremely relaxed and very comfortable for her first ever visit… job well done.

I had a wonderful experience at Gramercy Kids Smiles! The dentist and entire staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. They made my children feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, which helped ease any anxiety about the visit. The office was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. It was obvious that they genuinely care about their young patients and their dental health. An absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and truly great with kids. The office is bright, clean, and designed to make children feel at ease. Dr. Fatina is gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. My child actually can't wait to go back! Highly recommend for top-notch care."

Amazing and welcoming staff from start to finish. The energy of the clinical team are both youthful and tender, which I prefer when dealing with children. I’ve seen some of their social media post and I’m glad the assistants kept up the same energy in person. The hygienist was fun and educational and made great analogies to help both my nephew and I understand. Dr. Fatina is calming and lovely. I didn’t feel rushed when I had a plethora of questions, which all were answered concisely but went into greater depth when I was confused and needed more clarity
